Bethenny Frankel: Naturally Thin

Last night we went to Enclave where Bethenny Frankel was hosting a 'Skinny Girl' cocktail party. 

 Such a fun night regardless of the fact that Bethenny didn't show up until around midnight.

I really hate getting into reality shows however I do like Bethenny.

Her book 'Naturally Thin' is actually really insightful 

now if only I would apply the tips...
